We begin with a gentle energetic cleansing and grounding meditation to help settle the mind, reconnect with the body, and create space for intentional creation. From there, each participant will be guided through the art of blending a personalized intention oil aligned with the energy they wish to nurture, embody, or call into their lives.

Throughout the experience, participants will complete a guided ritual worksheet designed to support clarity, affirmation writing, and the integration of spiritual hygiene into everyday life.
